Who is the founder behind THEY MOVE?
When I was 20, I had no idea what I was doing in the gym. I just tried different things, hoping for results. I made mistakes, I learned, and for a while, I thought the only way to stay in shape was to eat chicken, broccoli and rice.
In 2016, I got serious about training. I started understanding the importance of consistency and that real progress takes time. It wasn’t about quick fixes, it was about building something sustainable.
In 2018, the year I turned 27, everything changed. I lost feeling from my toes up to my chest due to Multiple Sclerosis (MS). My body no longer felt like my own and I had to rethink how I approached training, nutrition and my body as a whole. I also dealt with side effects from medications that didn’t work. More than ever, I became intentional about movement and I focused on rebuilding myself from the inside out.
Today, as a certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach and soon-to-be Rehab Trainer, I help others find their own way in training and build routines that actually fit their lives. No extremes. No quick fixes. Just sustainable habits that make you feel good in your own body.
I know what it’s like to face unexpected challenges and I also know that movement can be one of the most powerful tools we have. That’s why I created THEY MOVE to give you the guidance, support and community to start, grow and feel good.
